Causes of itchy scalp and skin
Itchy scalp could be due to many reasons like it could be due to normal dandruff or seborrheic dermatitis or scalp psoriasis. - You can add 5 ml of tea tree essential oil and 5 ml neem seed oil in 100 ml of sesame oil. Apply it twice or thrice a week to get rid of dandruff.
- You can apply neem leaf paste on your scalp region.

- Take sound sleep as sleep deprived conditions aggravate the symptoms.
- Use clean or sterile cold water to wash the scalp. This can be achieved by simply boiling the water and allowing it to get cooled.

- Do not use any heat or hair straightener which can generate heat near your scalp region.
- Don’t go to the direct sunlight or direct sun exposure.
