In Ayurveda, Shata Dhauta Ghrita is celebrated for its ability to penetrate the skin deeply, delivering nutrients and hydration at a cellular level. This ancient process, where pure ghee is washed 100 times in a copper vessel, enhances its potency, creating a lotion that can moisturise the skin from within, without creating a layer on it. 

Application: 

Take a generous amount of body lotion onto your palms. Gently massage all over the body. To get better nourishment, use this ghee-based lotion while your skin is still damp after a morning or evening shower.

Key Ingredients:

Shata Dhauta Ghrita : This whole process makes the ghrita fluffy, light-in weight, homogenous and smoother in consistency. Cow ghee is tridosha shamaka i.e., it pacifies Vata, Pitta and Kapha dosha. As we know, it also helps to boost collagen and elastin which can reduce wrinkles, fine lines around the skin. It has capacity to deeply nourish the skin without stickiness. 

Palash (Kesuda) Flower : It is Kushthaghna means can cure various skin ailments. It shows metalloproteinases inhibitory activities and anti-aging properties.Its isolated phytochemicals isobutrin and butrin were reported as having anti-inflammatory activities.

Manjistha : It helps in reducing the hyperpigmentation and can increases the skin glow by improving the skin complexions.

Gotu Kola : It gives cooling effect on application. It can be a part of wound healing activity. 

Pearl Extract : The active components in pearls are beneficial for skin cell regeneration. Conchiolin (a protein present in it) hydrates the skin and rebuilds collagen.

Try to use it, just after bathing. This will trap the extra moisture in the skin.
